Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative you will be working within the Customer Experience team to offer a new Cortex product suite to existing customers. This position plays in a key role in growing the Cortex network and driving additional sales for the company. The Inside Sales Representative is part of a fast-paced team in an ever evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

-       Contact leads and potential customers to obtain the required information and documents for joining the Cortex Trading Partner Network

-       Ensure accuracy of our systems client care information, deliver subscription agreements, request business documentation and receive completed agreements and documentation

-       Answer questions and provide Cortex value propositions to potential customers

-       Identify larger sales opportunities to send to the Enterprise Sales team

-       Utilize out of the box thinking to provide fresh ideas and solutions to customers

Requirements:

-       1 to 3 years’ experience in a sales related position

-       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

-       Exceptional telephone etiquette

-       Highly customer-centric approach to sales

-       Superior organizational, analytical and detail-oriented skills

-       Ability to adapt to dynamic and changing market conditions

-       Ability to influence, negotiate and persuade towards a win-win outcome

-       Confidence in prospective new business through research and networking

-       Entrepreneurial attitude

-       Desire to exceed sales targets

Assets:

-       B2B market sales experience

-       Experience using Salesforce
