Cortex enters into formal partnership with Etelligent Solutions, extending its collaborative solution offering

CALGARY, ALBERTA - (February 06, 2015) - Cortex Business Solutions Inc. (TSXV: CBX) (OTCQX: CTPNF), an enterprise e-Procurement solutions company, today announces the signing of a formal partnership agreement with Etelligent Solutions for the purpose of extending their collaborative offering of the Key Once integration tool. The Key Once tool is designed to eliminate the need to re-key information by Dynamics Accounting Solution users into the Cortex Workbench Application.

In the past users of both MS Dynamics and the Cortex Workbench application were required to manually transpose the same information from one system to the other, at a cost of time and accuracy.

"The implementation of a formal agreement allows us to expand our joint offering to customers of both Cortex and Etelligent and build off the success we've had implementing this solution along with our e-Billing Service," said Joseph Loria, Director, O2C Sales & Delivery for Cortex. "While our initial agreement with Etelligent gave us the ability to offer a solution that fit a specific customer need, the formalization of this agreement offers greater assurances of our joint commitment to providing world class solutions."

Scott McHale, Vice President -- Sales & Marketing at Etelligent Solutions commented: "We are very pleased at the success of both the Key Once tool and our partnership with Cortex, and look forward to continuing our partnership to deliver a turnkey solution that eliminates the need for manual entry for customers. We remain confident that by integrating our Dynamics Accounting solution with the Cortex Network we can provide considerable value to our customers by increasing productivity and reducing payment time."
